Observation

Plastic outlet caps were observed to be used in the Orange room that posed a risk of choking, aspiration or ingestion at the time of inspection. Gardening hose was observed in the outdoor area that posed a risk of strangulation at the time of inspection. Window coverings in the infant room (Violet room) were observed to pose a risk of suffocation hazard at the time of inspection. Large objects were observed on top of floating shelves, cabinets and an open attic area that posed a risk of falling or tipping at the time of inspection.
